Privacy Policy
This shared policy applies to PGU (Pelvic Grind Up), manly FM, and the Kaizen Essence website. App-specific practices are identified below.
No sign-in needed
PGU and manly FM do not require an app account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, or phone number to use their core features. Store purchases use your app-store account.
PGU: information on your device
Your activity history, personal wellness entries, optional notes, and preferences remain on your device. These entries may include sensitive health information. Records are kept in a local database; we do not receive them or provide cloud synchronization.
PGU: sharing and tracking
The App does not upload your personal records, sell them, or share them with advertisers. It contains no advertising or usage analytics. Its exercise illustrations and videos are bundled content; using them does not send your records to an AI service.
manly FM: goals, listening and saved audio
Your selected goals, preferences, listening progress, saved highlights, and downloaded audio are stored on your device. The App does not provide account-based cloud synchronization for this data. Story audio is prepared content; your goals and listening records are not sent to an AI service to generate narration. The current App does not include advertising or usage analytics.
Use the available in-app controls to change your preferences or remove saved audio and highlights. Removing the App and its local data removes these local records; app offloading or device backups may retain data under your operating system settings. We cannot restore deleted local listening records. Deleting local data does not erase store or RevenueCat transaction records or cancel a subscription.
Purchases and subscriptions — both apps
Both apps use RevenueCat and the app store when paid subscriptions are available to process purchases, restore purchases, and check access to Pro. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and technical information needed to provide this service. PGU exercise history, wellness entries, notes, custom routines, and schedules, and manly FM goals, listening progress, and highlights are not sent to RevenueCat. Restoring a purchase restores eligible paid access, not your local records. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for more information.
PGU: device security
You can enable an access lock using device authentication, including supported biometrics or your device passcode. This restricts access to the App but does not itself encrypt the records database.
PGU: removing your information
You can edit or delete individual wellness entries in the App, or remove all app data through Settings. Uninstalling the App also removes its local records. We cannot restore deleted records, and the App offers no cloud recovery.
This website and email updates
The website is separate from the App. If you join the waitlist, your email address is processed by MailerLite to send launch announcements and service updates. You can unsubscribe through the link in those emails. We do not sell your email address. Website hosting providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses, in standard server logs. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Support, retention and privacy requests
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid including private wellness entries or other sensitive records. Support correspondence and waitlist details are retained while needed for support or email updates, and as required by applicable law. Store, RevenueCat, MailerLite and hosting records are retained according to their service policies and legal obligations; these providers may process information outside your country.
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We cannot directly access or delete app records stored only on your device. For purchase records controlled by your store, use that store’s privacy and account controls.
Children
PGU is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy updates
We will publish revisions here with a new update date. Material changes to how information is handled will be highlighted on this website or in the App.
